Shipping policy
When will my order be delivered?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number for tracking your shipment. This way, you will always know exactly where your order is and when it is expected to be delivered. Your order will be delivered to you within 2-4 days.
Is delivery to a packing station possible?
Yes, we also deliver to packing stations. Please provide the postal code and the number of the packing station when entering your address.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within Germany for your ordered items with a minimum order value of €50, delivered directly to your home.
Germany:
• DHL Germany: €4.99 – Free shipping from €50 (Delivery within 2-4 business days)
• Insured shipping with tracking number
Europe/UK:
• DHL Premium: €12 – Free shipping from €180 (Delivery approximately within 4-7 business days)
• Insured shipping, tracking number will be provided
Worldwide:
• DHL Premium: €30 – Free shipping from €250 (Delivery approximately within 9-16 business days)
• Insured shipping, tracking number will be provided
What should I do if my delivery address changes?
Simply change your address under "My Account" and save the new address.
Is there express shipping available?
Express shipping is currently not available. However, we will continually expand our services to meet your needs.
I received an incomplete or incorrect delivery.
If you have received an incomplete or incorrect delivery, we apologize in advance. Please contact our customer service. They will promptly take care of a replacement shipment and exchange.
What happens if I am not at home?
If you are generally difficult to reach at home, we offer you the option to have the order delivered to a different address (e.g., your workplace). If the package cannot be delivered on the first attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made, or you will receive a notification that your package has been deposited at the nearest post office.
